Consumption & projection
How past demand is turned into a monthly run rate.
Sales are split across warehouses by their share of closing stock.
Months of history to average. 0 = use all uploaded months.
Uplift applied to projected consumption, e.g. 10 for +10%.
Safety stock & lead time
Defaults applied to items without their own rule.
Buffer stock expressed in days of demand.
How many days of demand a purchase order should top up to.
Days between raising a PO and receiving goods.
Use vendor lead time when available
Takes the lead time from the best vendor quote instead of the default.
Price & order quantity
Which price values the purchase orders.
Falls back to the last billed rate when no quote exists.
Round up to a pack multiple. 0 = no rounding.
